Is it scratched or did you replace it

I replaced mines after a couple of weeks I had a screen defect and it over heated

The first phone I got was defective.  It had all kinds of problems.  

The replacement phone is much better.  The only problem I've had with it is dropped calls, and patchy 3G availability.  

I learned my lesson with the first generation iPhone, and bought a protector for my new 3G phone.  Not a single scratch yet!  However, with the first gen, I broke the screen within a month.

Myin still runs great you just have to take good care of it as much as you can.

The logo on the back is scratched loads, but only if you look at it in the right light, i'm guna have a look for a good case in the next few days.
