i mean like near to elphant and castle tube ..is the rent 106£ cheap or overprice fo ran ensuite room from the university?? as i have been to london dont have much idea baout der..i am gong to lsbu uni and i am coming form wolverhampton.it woudl be really if you reply please thanks

Elephant & Castle is not lovely by any stretch, but it is well connected and easy to get to and from. Is that £106 a week or month? If it's weekly it's fine, if it's monthly it's a steal!

Sorry, Elephant & Castle is one of the nastiest areas of London. It's a poor area, so crime rates are high. I wouldn't feel safe walking around there in the day, let alone the night...

I assume you mean that the room is in student accomodation provided by the university. If so, that price seems fine.
