Hows the train from Nyc to Philadelpia?I LIKE TRAINS.?

Im going to Nyc and i was thinking in take the train to Phili.Is nice view?WHAT DO YOU THINK?

a lot of the trip is a blur and i have taken the trip a few times there are four tracks most of the way to nyc the inside tracks are mostly express and high speed trains like the acela take the ride and see for yourself

It would be much cheaper for you to ride on NJT semi-fast train direct from from Penn station in NYC to Trenton, then walk along the same platform to join a SEPTA train from there to Philadelphia 30th Street station: the journey time is only about 25 minutes longer than on Amtrak, but the fare is half. Alternatively, ride the PATH train from Manhattan to Newark, then change to a NJT train. Tickets for SEPTA can be bought at Newark or Trenton.

The scenery is nothing spectacular except for Trenton bridge(as mentioned above).

crowded.

there really is not too much to see.  the train runs through pretty much urban areas, from Newark all the way to Philly.  However, there is one nice spot....the bridge across the rive just after you leave Trenton...there is a nice arch bridge on the west side (right side of the train if you are facing south).  then from there, there really isnt much else.  But the ride is comfortable and its pretty fast.  Plus, there are some nice railyards along the way, so i guess you can consider that some good scenery as well, especially if you like trains, haha.  anyways, I hope this has been of some help, and good luck with your travels.

Amtrak? is a toilet, the train from Chicago to Los Angles is better,  take a bus, no, take the train, but bring a clothes pin for your nose
