For f***s, you can just use a plastic bag. For urine, I think they use a vacuum to suck the liquid out. When they take a shower, they also need to suck out the water.

Is your real question HOW or WHERE?

The biological functions you mention do not depend upon gravity. They are pushed out of the body by the bladder and the colon.

In space, astronauts use special toilets which employ forced air to move the solid wastes. Liquid waste ( urine ) , is ejected into space.

very carefully or there will be stuff floating around.  No really I am pretty sure that there are special individual containers and then it is let out into space.  Watch Apollo 13, they cover that in the movie
