Hp laptop wont restart

Question

my hp laptop went into hybernate and when i tried to turn it back on the laptop turned on and immediately ahut down. Wheni try to turn it back on all that happens is the windows startup menu comes on to restart or reboot then it goes to a black screen with a flashing light in the top left of the screen. what do i do please help
