Hp laserjet 8100 8150 13.1.42

Question

Hey guys i've been working on hp printers for about 7 years now.
I came across this issue on an HP 8150.
when printing i get an immediate 13.1 paper jam. I've tried feed roller along with 2 known good paper input units. Both trays 2/3 get this message. Tray 1 is ok.The trays do life to their home position, but when attempting to print a 13.1 jam occurs before the blue/gray pickup rollers even move. This happens everytime
