Hp pavilion dv2000 notebook will not boot up. black screen with all lights onafter the power is on

black screen with all lights onafter the power is on the operating system didn''t load. It is only black screen.

My hp pavilion dv 2000 is doing exactly the same thing. Earlier my presentation material was split into two on the screen. I put it to sleep and when I opened it up again it has the black screen with all the blue lights working just like Samtam's. Grrrrr. What do I do now?Paul

Same prob. stop booting. nothing on monitor. 4 beeps.
HP says no video signal out. mother board needs to be replaced. cost $$$$$ my model is dv2111
