Hpt...Light positive line...

Question

Me and my husband have been trying to concieve for 8 months for our 2nd child. This morning i took a pregnancy test and it was a light positive. I'm a day late. I'm just praying it's real. lol. It was very shocking b/c we gave up trying this month b/c it got to stressful. So, baby Dust to all the ttc'ers.ty god bless

CONGRATS your pregnant! Doesn't matter how faint. You are probably about 4 1/2 weeks. Its alittle early thats why its light. Have a happy and healthy 9 months!

Congrats - a line is a line :)

My first HPT was a very faint line too - had to squint to see it, so like you, I was scared to get excited.

Anyway, I tested the next day with FMU using a digital and it felt waaaay more exciting to see the word 'pregnant' appear on the tiny screen than to see a line !!

I've seen the light positive line.  Of course, I thought something was wrong with the test and I didn't believe I was pregnant.  I've now got a 2 year old daughter....

I've always heard that as soon as you quit trying, you get pregnant.

Retest in the morning if you can wait that long :)

Wait two days and take another one.  Your hcg levels will double by then.  Congrats and thanks for the baby dust.  We're trying!

i think you are a light positive is still a positive take another test by the end of the weekend and it will probably be darker...

My test was very very faint positive..... But it was positive. I am 24 weeks pregnant now!

It is very rare to get a false positive. To have even a faint line means the test did detect the pregnancy hormone.

i am going to say Congratulations Mommy!!

the moment you "give up"  is the moment you get pregnant , thats what happens to us,acually on vacation-lol

You probably are pregnant.  Try again first thing tomorrow morning.  If its still light, wait a couple of days and try again in the morning.
