Htc mogul help...?

i bought a htc mogul for sprint it wasnt activated...so i was playing around with it and found there was a new upgrade so i did it...then i took it to cricket 2 get it flasshed 2 cricket...but then i found out that they downgraded to the old rom...so i wanted 2 upgrade it....everythin was work good but this time is stopped at 11% n said error 290:invalid command....and just goes the blue green red & grey screen....wat do i do?

If it's really "stuck";

Quote your manual;

1. Press and hold the left SOFT KEY and the right SOFT KEY, and at the same time, use the stylus to press the RESET button at the bottom of your device.

2. Release the stylus, but continue pressing the two SOFT KEYs until you see the following message on the screen:

This operation will delete all your personal data, and reset all settings to the manufacturer default settings. Press SEND to

restore manufacturer defaults, or press any other button to cancel. 3. Release the two SOFT KEYs, and then press the button on your device. Warning!
