Why is http://my.yahoo.com still broken?
For 4 days (since Friday) my.yahoo.com page (classic layout) has inserted a note at the top of my stock list column saying: "Our Apologies: We are experiencing technical difficulties. Current stock quotes are not available. We are working to restore the service." And all the prices are reported as "N/A".
I find it hard to believe anyone is Yahoo is even aware that this is still a problem since (1) it's been 4 days already, (2) prices are fine within the finance page for any specific stock that I click into, (3) there's been no news reports of the failure, and (4) there is no trouble at all with the identical customized page when accessed at http://my.europe.yahoo.com
It's as though Yahoo tech people think they fixed the problem, but forgot to activate the fix for everyone.
How does one alert Yahoo tech support to this continuing failure of the my.yahoo.com system?
