China’s spirited player Huan Gao started his campaign in a confident and dominating manner and outplayed Hong Kong’s Nan Wei in Men’s Singles first round of Badminton Asia Championships 2013 on Wednesday, April 17, in Chinese Taipei.
The aggressive Huan, who is placed at number 15 in Men’s Singles seeding of the tournament, played with staggering speed and precision and he easily registered an inspiring victory over Nan by taking just 40 minutes in the arena.
Chinese man started his run in a dominating and controlled fashion as he did not let his rival to dictate the pace at any stage. He remained in complete command and remained successful in wrapping up a spectacular win by a staggering margin of 21-12 and
21-15.
In contrast, the experienced Nan Wei could not live up to expectations as he failed to put up strong show and remained struggling throughout the match. He could not play positively and lost the match without making a strong impression.
In the first set, the in-form Huan delivered a staggering feat in the arena as he played shots with dictating control from initial points. The phenomenal variations in his strokes helped him to continue his superiority against his rival on court.
The in-form Huan proceeded with a terrific speed in the first part and stayed ahead on the board until the one-minute interval.
The underdog Nan failed to create trouble for his aggressive Chinese rival after the mid-game interval as he lost his focus in the arena and committed many unforced errors.

Nan was once again in all sorts of trouble in the second set as he received a severe treatment from his challenger who was flawless in the arena.

In the concluding part, the incredible Huan continued his comfortable ride with the same impressive speed and easily clinched the set with a comfortable 21-15 total on the score board.
