Hubble constant (expansion of universe) = v/distance could the propagation of gravity = rate/time i know?

new research has added and expanding to Hubble constant and also read they think dark energy may be driving the acceleration of the expansion of the universe and defying gravity's pull.

please explain

  1. it certainly is possible it just takes alot of understanding and a good knowledge of science dark energy is invisible and its possible because none knows exactly what this is that it is causing the universes "edges" to be pushing away from each other

    thats my view anyway
