  1. Since Hubble is the farthest reaching telescope ever built, and you know that Andorra exists, then it can see it.

  3. The Hubble Deep Field images have galaxies at red shift 6, which is about 12,000,000,000 light years away.

    If Andoria is in the Visible Universe, there's a good chance that HST can see that far.


  4. Hubble can "see" just about as far as we believe the observable universe goes.  It has recorded a galaxy which is believed to be about 13 billion light years away.

    Hubble's power is in its ability to take very long exposures with maximum resolution and light-gathering ability.  This is because it is in space.  There are much larger telescopes on earth, but their exposure times are limited by the earth's rotation and their clarity and resolution are limited by the atmosphere.
