As he came here as a mere babe, 60 years ago with his parents, in those days they didn't seem to worry about naturalisation. He has never even thought about becoming an Aussie, because he believes he IS one. It's all he knows. He didn't even have to have a passport as a 4yo. He got a British Passport to go to Bali a few years ago. We are visiting UK in July - first time back fo him in 60 yrs. Would he need to have a visa to return home to Australia after our 6 weeks away?

  1. the brits can enter the land of oz without any problem. its the rules of reciprocity. but at the same token, im not sure how long he can stay if he doesnt have documents that states he is a resident of australia. better get that sorted out before you leave. no point of enduring hassles when you get back from your holiday.
