Hubitual Offender?

i was hubiutalized for driving with suspended lisc. lisc was revoked for 5yrs. and served 2yrs in prison for it. my hubitualization will be over in 2mths. what happens if i get caught again driving with a suspended license after the hubitialization. will it be a felony or misdemeanor?

It will be a felony with more time than the first.  Please wait until you are eligible to get your license back before driving.  Please you had a very hard sentence please don't let it happen again!!!

The term you are referring to is "habitual", meaning it is being done over and over again.

As such, any further repetitions will be classed as a felony and the time just keeps piling up. If caught again, expect a minimum of 5 years incarceration.

Best advice is to get your license back and definetely NOT drive until you do.

I think you should go and get a real working license or you will be back in  jail again. good luck to you. use spellcheck when you write. Works for me.

If you are planning on doing this again, you deserve to be locked up for 10 years which could happen with no parole this time. I guess you must like prison or you didn't learn your lesson.
