Huge Ford sale?

My friends overseas saw on TV that Ford in US is having problems and running massive sales. Like Explorer for $15k. I don't follow this stuff and wouldn't know even if it did. So, they want cheap Fords now :)

Anyway, I can't find any info on this. Ford's site lists Explorer starting at $26200, and cheapest new Explorer I can find on the dealership is $28k. Does anyone knows what they're talking about? Is there such a massive sales, maybe by the factory or something?

explorer is not to bad. but is to expense to run it

It's not just a Ford problem.  You can have a good deal on a gas guzzler in any showroom including Toyota.  GM may have the best deal, I heard they are offering Cash with each truck.

At Tuttle-Click in Irvine, CA, I saw a Roush Mustang marked down $17K!

Good time to buy a large vehicle...

why would you want a ford? what ever you save on this sale will haunt you later in repair bills.

Are you just looking at the sticker?  That price won't change.  Inquire at the dealership or look online for specials.
