Huge PROBLEM????

Question

My Psp is downloading the music, and teh picture..but NOt the videos..WHY?

i put it in the video file,..but then when i go to m psp to check and see if the vdeo is in the psp..and it isnt...it says no videos are downloaded to your psp.

videos have to be in mpeg-4(mp4) format and they have to be in the right folder. the psp does not play any other kind of video format (wma, mov...etc) you can convert the videos using easy to use converters like:http://www.pspvideo9.com/
