Huge fan of Craig Ferguson is stumped?????

I know just about every movie he's done, and his book, etc. BUT:

Did he do a cd back in April? Not to sound ignorant, but I keep seeing a cd titled "Nobody But the Moon and Me." Is it Craig Ferguson of the late late show, or is it someone else by the same name?

I know, it's a dumb question, but I gotta know, you know? :')
