why is the falling star at indiana beach closed?? I visited indiana and went to indiana beach and the falling star was closed and apparentally it has been for the whole time indiana beach has been open..

They have new owners. Aparently the new owners are doing renovations and changing a lot of things. In fact, a couple weeks ago I heard that it wasnt even open on the weekdays... but I think they changed that now.

Another thing that could possibly be wrong is they dont have a ride operator for it. There are quite a few rides that they need operators for... I dont think they really know what they are doing, so I hope the park doesnt suffer.

I wouldnt worry about the ride going away.

It's one of my favorites as well.
