Norwich City manager Chris Hughton has backed Spurs boss Andre Villas-Boas to be successful at Tottenham after both managers drew against each other on Saturday.
Villas-Boas is still in search of his first win as Tottenham manager, losing one and drawing two Premier League games so far. The Portuguese has immediately come under pressure after only three weeks since the competitive season started.
Tottenham were booed off the pitch after Saturday’s disappointing draw against Norwich City at White Hart Lane. Despite going ahead in the second half, Tottenham were unable to hold on to their lead, and conceded a late once again and lost out on three points.
There were shades of the West Brom game on full display. Tottenham struggled to create chances, despite having some really good spells in the game. They managed to get a goal, but were not able to see off the game on both occasions. West Brom and Norwich

"I'm sure he will be very successful. He's a very good manager, but when you are at a club like Tottenham, expectations are always high," said Hughton.
Hughton can fully empathize with Villas-Boas, since both managers have big shoes to fill at their respective clubs. The Portuguese fills in for Harry Redknapp, who helped Spurs finish fourth in the Premier League and guided them to their first ever Champions
League qualification.
He will aim to follow in the footsteps of http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Paul-c29347 Lambert, who guided Norwich to two consecutive promotions up to the Premier League and has achieved almost legendary status with the club.
"I took over from a very successful manager, but you have to try to instill something different -- either a different voice or playing style," Hughton said. "I've tried to improve the squad without taking away all the good things of the last few seasons."
