Former Portuguese International Paulo Futre believes that FC Porto’s Hulk is the undoubted star of the Primeira Liga.
Porto’s acquisition of an unknown Brazilian in 2008 did little to raise eyebrows in Europe and instead supporters were dismayed that the club had not signed a big name to feature alongside the likes of Lucho Gonzalez and Lisandro Lopez.

A striker with attacking prowess, the 25-year-old has many sides to his game but is famed for his outstanding dribbling ability and his powerful left-foot, which can leave even the best of goalkeepers in his wake.

"The best of the championship? For me it's Hulk. He is not at the level he was last year, but he is a player of caliber. He can get into any team. He has shown he is one of the best players in the world in the last few years,” Futre was quoted as saying.
With his outstanding potential, Hulk surely warrants a move to a bigger club and this could be the year when he finally earns it.
