  1. Thin body hair, male pattern baldness, and pubic hair, differentiating humans from chimpanzees, and gorillas. See page 7, at http://www.ezy-build.net.nz/~tklaveniek Because I only formulated this hypothesis recently, your teachers/lecturers will almost certainly be unaware of it, and you are likely to earn extra credit for originality (published here before, so don't claim it as your own work: my work is based on the "provisioning theory" of human evolution, which is not my concept, and that, in turn, is built on the work of others, so feel free to add to mine, [Shan ERIS] if you are so inclined).

  2. Biological explanation

The central idea of biological evolution is that all life on Earth shares a common ancestor, just as you and your cousins share a common grandmother.

The documented fossils record proved us that we evolve from the same ancestor and started life on Earth which helped us to create a perfect diversity. Evolution means we all living beings are related: from humans to plant, from an ant to whale.

A summary of Darwin’s theory is as follows:

    * Darwin observed: Organisms produce more offspring than can survive and reproduce. Numbers in natural population stay much the same over time.

    * He concluded: There is struggle for existence- competition for survival between members of the sae species. As a population increases in size, environmental factors halt the increase. Many individuals die due to prediction, competition for food and other resources, or due to the rapid spreads of disease resulting from overcrowding. The individual that are best adapted the conditions in the changing environment are more likely to survive and breed. This is what we call survival of the fittest. Those organisms with adaptive features will be more common in the next generation

Please don't copy it because this is my biology report which I am doing at the moment.

Some of the links on the page go to free stuff; others to stuff you have to subscribe to the mag to read.

  6. You should look into the criticism of human evolution. You should probably be specific, because there is a wealth of information in this field. A good suggestion would be the examination of Java Man, now known as Homo Erectus.

http://www.drdino.com has a lot of books on this topic.

  7. Start looking here. These anthropologists probably have the pertinent info.

  8. the evolution of human motherhood.  They say the first invention was probably a sling of some kind to carry babies in... once the hair fell off our bodies and babies no longer had anything to hang on too
