  1. No... because the materials involved are Human and we should avoid cataloging humanity as yet another commodity.


  2. Well I know there is a lot of people who worked on the project. Usually a patent is for an invention and it is a very good thing, so they can have their credit and have nobody steal it. This is for the good of mankind. I don't think they should patent it because you can't steal a project that lasted at least 10 years. I think they have gotten their credit and there work was greatly appreciated more than anything. I don't believe there is need to patent it. I could care less if they allow them too, but that is for inventions, not projects.
