Human Medicine Major...?

this is a link to a Human medicine major in our lady of the lake college, but it doesnt accept international students..so any body knows what college would provide the same Major...it's the best major for Medical school:

  1. I think it is fairly bogus of Lady of the Lake to claim anything special about this program. It is basically just the same courses that premed students at every school take. And, nearly all premed students volunteer in various ways at their local hospitals and clinics...  To decide whether Lady of the Lake is a best choice for a premed, check the college rankings at US News and see how this school is regarded by the academic community.

    Med schools have said numerous times that it does not matter what major you study as long as you do the required prerequisites. I don't think that a med school would necessarily think it a good idea for undergraduates to be taught medicine by people who are not members of a medical school faculty. They want you to learn medicine from them and their highly qualified faculty, not from some random guy that an undergrad college hooked in.

    I don't agree that this is the best major for medical school.
