Human Reproductive Cloning ?

I undersand that cloning is illegal in almost all coutries. I heard somewhere on a video that there was not law of cloning in the United States. Is this true? and if not what is the name of the law?

Cloning is there every where. we are all products of it,

I am pretty sure, it is illegal to clone humans.  For all science research work, there is an ethic committee that decides whether it is moral or not, and cloning humans is regarded unethical. But i am sure, in the future, it will happen.
