Human Resource Jobs??? Oil riggs, where to go?

Question

Anyone who maybe works the Human Resource Field know where the best place to look for work is? I mean where im going to make decent money. I do have 6 years managment exp and im only 26 so im hoping this wil help me out.

I was thinking about the oil riggs too, like recruitment or something.

Any suggestions would be great!
