Human Resource job?

Can some one please explain . what is the process if i get hired to work in human resource department and it will be my job to do w-2 and 1099. I need to know the process. how is it done? and maybe tell me what are the othe robligations that i might need to do their.

You will need to know how to do payroll and what the labor laws in your county/state are. I would take a course at your local community college. Most colleges offer certificate courses in payroll or human resources that can be done in one or two semesters. You may even be able to complete all or most of your classes on-line. Check out the programs at these two colleges for more details on what an H.R person does and what kind of knowledge you will need to have in order to be successfully in an H.R position:
