Human Service Worker's Future Position?

What kind of social policy (s) would affect a human service workers future position?

for as long as the capitalist system prevails and that the world is controlled by the big 600 people, social work will continue to be at the bottom.  society must get to the point of certain paralysis in certain terms, perhaps they will change their mind. they always say market forces determine wages - partly true.  here, the number of pple needing  social care is still not more than 10% of population - hence lesser priority. the majority is still ok.  so these capitalists continue to establish foundations eg gates foundation etc after making billions of profit to cater for this group of marginalised pple and workers. i dont see how this would change.  unless something radical happens in soc.  in countries like india - its worst as the gap between rich and poor is too contrasting and they blame it on reincarnation / caste system. and many seem satsified with the system.
