Human compost?

I am strictly vegan. Since I consume no animal products, can I compost my own waste, the same as I would my horses'? I am experienced in composting and gardening, and live in the country. This is a sincere question.

  1. Human pathogens can re-infect humans regardless of what they eat.

Be careful, and read up before you try it yourself.

  2. I don't see why not   but if your going to sell it or use it off your own property  I think you should notify the other people involved

  3. Yummy, midnight soil, they do use it in some Asian areas. I think they used it right outside the base I was stationed at and it stank!

  4. Don't they use human waste to fertilize crops in South-East Asia?

  5. YES YOU CAN IN GERMANY THEY MIX HUMAN WASTE WITH STRAW AND CREATE A COMPOST ITLL WORK JUST FINE IF YOU CAN HANDLE THE SMELL.

  6. Yes you can. Assuming the government doesn't catch you. There is no problem no matter what organic matter you ingest. Septic systems are pumped out and the waste is spread on farm fields all the time. Runoff is the only concern in those cases. Human disease can be spread through f***s so that must be taken into consideration also. That would be the government's objection. Go for it.

  7. No I don't think that is legal besides horse **** is better. Weeeewwwww what's that smell.
