Human diet?

If us humans are meant to eat meat then how come we are intlolerant to raw meat? Also how are we equiped to catch any animals without the help of guns, traps, knives etc?

  1. Who says we are intolerant to raw meat. I think the huge majority of people could eat raw meat and digest it without too much problem. The main reason we cook meat is to make it less likely to infect us when it is not completely fresh and cooking does make the food easier to digest - unfortunately that means we eat more of it.


  2. We havn't got claws, or insdigestive systems but we've got one wepon that has made us at the top of the food chain. We have our brain. This is to work in teams, devise, and hunt for food.

  3. evolution.

    we are at the present intolerant to raw meat ( not of all of us,btw). cavemen&such were able to ingest raw meat, but evolution has changed that fact.

    We have natural abilities to catch animals.

    we have our speed, and we can use our hands and body.
