Critically discuss the “Wednesbury” principles in Associated Provincial Picture Houses Ltd v Wednesbury Corpn 1948 1 KB 223 in relation to police powers of stop, search and arrest.

  3. read the case, and pick out how it backs up/criticises policy in the police powers/stop/search/arrest situtation. then discuss how this affects society as a whole - will this reduce crime? how will it change society, is it big brother style? and what are the benefits and drawbacks etc etc
