Human sized dog house?

Question

Ok, so me and my friends want to build a like a place we can hang out year round, kind of like a doghouse but bigger. We live in Ohio so we have hot summers and freezing winters. It needs to hold at least 4 folding chairs,a small table,and a small chest. The ceilings need to be at least 6 feet high. It needs to be on the inexpensive side too. If any one has any plans on or suggestions on how to build it I would like to know.
