doctor, surgical dentist, optomologist, still would i be able to work in other countries; africa.. etc. and open clinics, also aware the community on proper health care, promoting concerts to raise money, for a project... like giving free medical care.. etc..

international relations... i need more insight on that?

i want to do humanitarian work, but which career would fit best for me... also involving travel, because i am not the stable living type of person.

and plz dont include, air hostess, pilot, or anything with business... if u have any other careers to tell me about which may be in of interest feel free. thanx.

  1. Your best bet is to contact an agency that does the type of humanitarian work you would be interested in and talk to them about what is really needed.  Some things are obvious, such as medical personal (Doctors without Borders) - but other may not be so obvious.  I bet you could email someone in the PeaceCorp, RedCross, or Heifer International and they'll help answer your questions.

I'm thinking that the most useful fields would be medical, construction (for housing and such), teaching, and agriculture.

The most important thing to keep in mind is that you'll want to learn a second language in college.  Even to minor in it.  The more languages you know, the more valuable you will be.

    Good luck to you!
