Humans/Vampires? O.o?

Alright, this is just for a story line..

Is it possible for a human to be pregnant with a vampire's child?

and if it is; is it possible for her to still be pregnant after being turned into a vampire?

Or can a vampire be pregnant with a vampire's child?

Vampires, which aren&#039;t real by the way, are essentially corpses, so I doubt that even in a fictional sense they could really get it on.

If you&#039;re writing fiction, you can do what ever you want.

In the TV show &quot;Angel&quot; Darla got pregnant by Angel when he was a vampire (and maybe she was too?).

Traditionally someone who is half vampire, half human is called a dhampir, and like Blade they are &quot;day-walkers&quot; who can sense other vampires.

Real vampires are living, mortal people, so they get pregnant and have kids the same as anyone else. I know a few real vamps who have kids.

well it depends on who you talk to, some will say no no way no how vampires are dead. others will say that it can hapen andd there is even a name for a child that has a human parent and avampire parent. i would say yes to the getting pregnent part but i think the mother turning would kill the child.

Vampires are technically dead,so there organs, sexual and otherwise wouldn&#039;t really matter.I imagine they would stop producing sperm and eggs, just like there heart would stop beating.It is still there just inoperable.

EDIT- As the person below me has suggested, it is your story and as long it is workable in your universe, then go for it.

Anything can happen in your vampire universe!

For example, vampires in JR Ward&#039;s Blackdagger Brotherhood series, Lynsay Sands&#039; Argeneau, LJ Smith&#039;s Nightworld series, Kresley Cole&#039;s Immortals After Dark etc are able to have kiddies and procreate subject to conditions imposed by the various authors

Others like Anne Rice&#039;s vampire world does not allow for procreation.

Your characters&#039; lives and abilities all depend on you!
