Humid weather and makeup):?

Question

I live in the hot humid florida,

so now it's reallly nasty outside, any ideas to keep my makeup looking fresh especially for oily skin?

My makeup used to melt off of my face. I've been using the Hollywood mineral foundation from LA Minerals now for about 8 months and the stuff is FANTASTIC! Doesn't melt off your face, looks good all day long.

I use their oil control powder on my forehead and nose, some of their concealer under my eyes, then the foundation.

They have samples on their website for like $1 and they ship them free.

They have tons of shades.

Some advice....avoid mineral makeup with bismuth in it, cuz when you get hot...it will make you itch like crazy!

There's no bismuth in LA minerals product.

Avon has this new product out, MagiX Face Perfector. It's supposed to hold back shine for up to 10 hours. You wear it under your make-up. I live in a really hot place too, so i usually don't bother with makeup except like mascara and lip gloss.

A good powder (pref translucent shade) Can do wonders

A good prep (bobbi brown)

A good base (....?)

Calamine lotion? wear under makeup works a treat for oily skin!
