Question:

Humidifier Runs but no water collected

The humidifier will run when turned on but there is no water collection after many hours. The filter has been checked and cleaned and there is airflow (air is blowing out the top vent). I dont' know what areas I should be checking on.Thanks for your help.Regards,Steve
