  1. The human body operates best within a fairly narrow temperature range and abnormal heat  or cold condition can impose severe stress. There is a marked relationship between human mortality and thermal stress. This thermal stress is increased by the presence of high humidity. For example,an air of 34 degree celcius on a day with 85 percent relative humidity would give an apparent temperature(heat index) of 57 degree celcius ,an indication of extreme danger and of a high probability of heat stroke or sun stroke.

  2. Yeah i think, if its very humid you tend to feel hot and horrible!

If you have the common cold then a very humid room makes it much easier to breath than a less humid room i found out! i.e the bathroom after a shower etc..

  3. if the temperature and humidity is too gigh, people can die of heat stroke.

  4. Humidity affects us by affecting our body's cooling system. Our body cools by sweating . When we sweat, the sweat on our bodies evaporates, when this happens it cools our  bodies. If there is a lot of humidity in the air, then the air can't effectively absorb our sweat, so we feel hotter. In very dry air, the sweat is very effective, and it isnt long before we feel cool. That is why a dry heat makes a difference.

If we are too hot (or too cold) it can affect our moods by putting on some extra stress on our bodies
