The http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Germany-c2904 international has insisted that he is indifferent towards his former team, and said that he is fully committed to Black Yellows’ cause to win their third straight title
Borussia Dortmund central defender http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Mats-Hummels-c24767 has stressed that he does not care about his former club Bayern Munich, as he prepares for his side’s trip to the Allianz Arena on Saturday. He claimed that he has no sentimental
feelings left for the BVB’s fierce rivals.
The centre-back plied his trade at Der FCB’s academy for most of his youth years and was also part of their squad for three seasons. However, he secured a loan move to the Borussians and impressed Jurgen Klopp’s side. Therefore,
he was snapped up by the German double winners on a permanent deal.
Moreover, the talented player stated that he has no love for Die Roten now and simply do not care about them. He further added that he has no association with former side after making a move to Signal Iduna Park in 2009. He suggested
that now he has fully instilled Dortmund’s identity in his soul.
"I do not give a d**n about Bayern [Munich]. I have completely lost the link with the club,” the former Bayern Munich youth academy player was quoted as saying in an interview.
"By this time, I am thoroughly a Borusse [dedicated to playing for Dortmund]," the Black Yellows’ star player added.
The German star said that he was happy to return to the team from injury in order to play against his previous club. He is aware of Bayern’s top form in the league this term and is hoping that Dortmund will catch them in time.
"Remarkably, it is better now and I have trained normally with the team today," the 2009 UEFA European Under-21 Football Championship winner stated.
"I am expecting nothing less than being able to play [on Saturday]," the 2012 German League winner finally concluded.
Hummels conceded that he feels better now and took part in the practice session with his colleagues. He is eyeing a starting role at the Allianz Arena and wants to take three points home.
