Is there a way I can make pictures [like desktop pictures]

You know how they have bubbles and stuff.

Is there a way I can do that.

Even if it has to wrok on a certain kind of computer

can you jut tell me any way

Okay, make this grammatically correct and actually explain what you want done and I may be able to help... Do you mean edit in a thought bubble then set it as a desktop?

yes, got to control panel, desktop customization (name varies) and choose a pic u made for a backround, etc. (for windows)

ur gonna have more luck in the right section...
