I eat the garlic Tribe hummus usually w/ just blue tortilla chips, but I've also heard it's good in wraps. Can someone suggest some easy simple wrap ideas? I really like the spinach flavored tortilla wraps any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

  1. Take a spinach flavoured tortillia wrap, spread the hummus generously over it, add sliced chicken breast, chopped tomatoes, green onions, black olives, wrap tightly, and grill in a fry pan with a bit of olive oil

  2. I luv Hummus in "wraps".

Start with the hummus do a thick layer, then add veggies you like, chopped or thinly slice so the are easy to bite off.

I like, Grape Tomatoes, Sprouts, Lettuces, Cukes, Olives, Avocados, Bell Peppers(Red) Sweet Onions, Artichoke Hearts..really anything you would eat on a salad or a sandwich works.

  3. Spread the hummus on the tortilla

Grilled Chicken, beef or maybe even salmon...

Tomato's, Lettuce, grilled corn, Grilled onion and a little Tahini!....

    Refreshing on a summer day!

  4. I just used a wrap recipe last night from Vegetarian Times.  You saute eggplant, red pepper, carrots, mushrooms, garlic, onion, and a little basil.   Cook until it is carmelized.  Add to warmed tortillas w/some Vegan Cheese.  Very good.  Be sure to put salt on the eggplant and let sit for 20 minutes, then pat dry before sauteeing.  Hope you like it.

  5. Oh, I love hummus (especially Cedar's Sun Dried Tomato) and spinach tortillas! When I make a tortilla with hummus sometimes I just have hummus on the tortilla and I eat it like that. It is also good if you put hummus, meatless deli slices, and veggies like corn, cucumbers, peas, and carrots in the tortilla.

  7. I made wraps this weekend, with hummus, avocado, spinach, tomato and white mushrooms.  Didn't have to cook anything.
