Hummus!!!!!?????!!??

If I make a sandwich in the morning and use hummus as a spread, will it be good by lunchtime?? And is it good in a sandwich?

yes it may spoil but should be alright. it is good on a sandwhich, especially with avo, cottage cheese, crispy pancetta, water cress.  staycool

Hummus is ground chickpeas and olive oil traditionally. These key ingredients are slow to spoil. You can easily make it 6hrs (not in heat) for a sandwich.
