HunterXHunter manga?!

Question

i have read the manga up to 280 but it just stopped dead in the middle of a fight. i was wondering if the author stopped making more or if i just didn't look in the right place?? help please.

The manga was on hiatus dude... the most recent volume I bought was Volume 24 with 260 chapter although they've released Volume 25 in Japan. The chapter you've read in internet was the most recent chapter so far. They've been on hiatus for 3 month now as far as I remember.

This was also the third time they've been on hiatus. I remember I have to wait for 2 years for Volume 24 to come out. The volume finally come out on my country last December and there's no sign for my country releasing Volume 25 yet! It's been 8 month of waiting! d**n! Good thing I found out about onemanga website because at least I can continue the reading but I still hope the hiatus ended soon...

*The series will be continue soon (hopefully) it's just we don't know the specific date when will it continue T,T Some rumors said Yoshiro Togashi (the creator/mangaka) usally goes for a hiatus/break for 10 weeks after finished 10 chapters, but we never know for sure..

The reason for all the HxH hiatuses is because the mangaka Togashi Yoshihiro has been on "sick leave."

All us fans can do is hope he recovers soon.
