Hunting license?????

i am 15 and i had recently taken a hunters safety course for restricted and non restricted. my instructor had told me to go to this site http://www.cfc-cafc.gc.ca/default_e.asp and i would find a downloadable thing for me to fill out and send away and i do not no where to look. btw i live in alberta canada
