  1. 24 hours.

  2. The answer is none of the above.  It would take about 23 hrs 20 mins.

  3. c

  4. eye of the storm is 450 n.m away and the storm force winds extend 150 n.m from the eye.

so when the eye is 150 miles from yr community the outer fringes of storm force winds will be blowing over the community.

i.e the eye has to travel forward 300 n.m.

speed being 15 knots it would be 20 hours.
