I was just wondering, we're going on vacation to Myrtle Beach in South Carolina this Sunday. Will we have any bad weather? I know it's expected to miss Bermuda and keep heading North. Will we have any affect from it? If so, how much?

  1. There will just be a little bit of wave action, but the storm is expected to go east of Bermuda.

  2. By this sunday, bertha will be long gone.  You will have no affect whatsoever this weekend.  If you have bad weather sunday, it will not be from bertha.

  3. Other than maybe some increased surf conditions, I don't see any other effects, as Bertha will remain well out to sea.

  4. Maybe some swells on the ocean but no storm surge and wind.

  5. You might notice some rain. It's been raining here for the past 4 days off and on.

You will notice some killer waves to surf! I'm excited!

Don't worry though. You will still enjoy your vacation!
