Where can I find a good workout routine for teens?

I am preparing for volleyball in high school and I wanted to find an indoor routine that I can do, and every other night I run. Thanks

  2. first start stretching then begin joggin....make sure u do enough stretching routines so u want pull any muscles

    then you can go running in the morning then take a shower and get ready for schoool... :) i use to do that.

  7. there's all different ones. it depends on what you want toned. if you pick up the latest issue of cosmogirl or seventeen, they have really good ones in there.

  8. sit ups, push ups, squats, stair stepping, and thats all i can think of off the top of my mind. i do about 50 sit ups a night, but start out w/ a few of any of those and then later on do more and more.
