Hurry Parakeet!! its life may depend on it!!!!!!?

Ok as i told you in my other question/rant

my cuzion up and got herself a parakeet that may have

a respiratory infection! its breathing heavily it is flying somewhat around its cage it is around 8 months old! please help!

Okay, seriously. These people are insane! You need to call the SPCA and ask them what should be done. Explain to them ALL THE OTHER PETS and what happened to those pets. Ask them if it would be possible to check out where they get their pets. This is very wrong of them to keep doing. They aren't going to the right places to get their pets. Maybe these places are abusing the animals and they need to be stopped. I'm sure the SPCA can help you at least find out what to do. They may be willing to help you. You can also try to find someone your age that would be a "friend" and this person can come with you pretending you're tight and "Oh I love parakeets, can I see it!?" Either they need to be forbidden to get other pets or the places they get their pets at need to be shut down NOW. This is very very wrong on both sides.

blow air into its face and wet it to calm off. but make sure he gets dried off before he goes to sleep can get sick if goes to sleep wet. try maybe warm water not to warm thow 72*
