I was running around with my friends the other night with no shoes on, and the next morning I woke up and my knee was hurting. Its been 2 days almost and my knee is still hurting. Its my left knee, the part on the inside beside my knee cap kinda. It hurts when I twist it or when I am walking and I turn. Kinda when I bend it, but I have never had problems really with my knee so I just wasn't sure if it was serious enough to see a doctor about or if this kind of thing usually heals..bc I am used to working out 4 days a week and Im not sure if I can...

  1. see your doctor

  2. No...work it off

  3. Rule of thumb can be to do RICE (rest, ice, compression, elevation) for about 2 days. If still problems and pain hasn't decreased then you need to see someone. I would suggest a physiotherapist. Especially if this is stopping you from doing regular/normal activity such as working out.

Pain is not normal, and it needs to be managed/treated.
