Hurt my wrist............?

Question

Its really swollen and and i fell on it but i dont know if i should just put ice on it. I hope it doesnt needd a cast but its pretty sore. Any advice. Would i need a cast?

U PROB JUST SPRAINED IT PUT A TENSOR BANAGE ON IT..THATS TO KEEP IT FROM MOVING AS MUCH

no I doubt it, if it was broken you would know. Try putting a tight bandage around it and rest it as much as possible,

Do put ice on it and see a doc if the swelling doesn't start to go down or if you can't move it. Ice is great for helping reduce swelling.

If you can't move it properly and / or it is very swollen it is probably best to get it checked out.  Until you know what damage you have done, you wouldn't know if you will need a cast or not.  Try not to worry, just be gentle with your wrist.  Take care.
