i was the passenger got bounce around hurt my neck back shoulders but i am better now lil pain now the insurance wants to offer me a settlement what i dont under stand is they send me an offer and on it says two offers the initial demand with more money offer and the just a regaler offer what do this means initial demand ?

You really need to reword this question.  I have handled claims for years and have never sent out two offers at the same time.  You would be bidding against yourself.  

Did you submit a demand, and they countered with an offer?

Tough to understand your question but I'll give it a shot.  It's  the amount that you are first (initially) asking for.  This could mean to indicate you might sue.  The regular offer is a one shot, final offer which can't be increased.  Using spell check and punctuation would help to understand your question better.
